The Dugdale family

We are proud to announce that The Dugdale will reopen this December!

The centre will undergo a major refurbishment that keeps the wonderful studio-theatre but revitalises the exterior and main foyer area to include outdoor seating and displays, a 75 seat café-restaurant, central museum, pop-up shop, gallery wall and new small-scale performance and education spaces.

The plans for the Dugdale will be available to view this spring in a special exhibition. And we’ll be inviting everyone to give us their ideas on what they’d like to see, learn, eat and do at the Dugdale once it reopens!

We plan to open our doors by Winter 2022, just in time for our beloved panto season to begin – make sure you keep an eye on this newsletter for more details.

Meanwhile, we look forward to seeing you at the Culture Palace – come and visit soon!
